摘要在明确职业决策的自我效能感概念与内涵的基础上,通过问卷调查的形式对徐州市3所高职院校的女大学生的职业决策自我效能感状况进行了分析,探讨了影响高职女生职业决策自我效能感的路径,并提出了相应的提升措施. Based on definite understanding of the concept and connotation of career decision-making selfefficacy,this paper analyzes the current situation of career decision-making self-efficacy of higher vocational students in 3 colleges of Xuzhou city through questionnaire survey.Based on that,it points out the influence path of career decision-making self-efficacy of female higher vocational students and puts forward relevant improving measures.
