摘要
通过论证德育素质教育视阙下开展高校国防教育的必要性和可行性,分析高校国防教育存在的症结及缘由,提出了建设高校国防教育创新体系的有关举措.建立高校国防教育科学发展创新体系,必须从开拓科学发展新思路和构建创新性体系两方面着力,才能真正为高校国防教育理论和实践工作奠定坚实的基础.
Through discussing necessity and feasibility of carrying out college national defence education in visual threshold of moral quality education,this paper analyzes the crux in college national defence education and its reason,and puts forward relevant measures to establish innovation system of college national defence education.To establish innovation system of scientific development of college national defence education,we should proceed from exploiting new method of scientific development and building innovative system to lay solid foundation of theoretical and practical work of college national defence education.
