徐州市鼓楼区政府购买社会组织服务的调查与思考

Investigation and reflect on Gulou district government of Xuzhou's purchasing social organization service

基于对徐州市鼓楼区社会组织的实地调查,从政府购买公共服务的探索与实践出发,分析了政府在向社会组织购买公共服务服务中所存在的问题,并提出了规范购买程序、探索和拓宽社会组织服务内容、打造社会组织服务的核心竞争力等完善政府购买社会组织服务的相关建议.

Based on field investigation on social organization in Gulou district of Xuzhou City and exploration as well as practice of government＇s purchasing public service,this paper analyzes problems existing in government＇s purchasing public service from social organization,and puts forward suggestions such as standardizing purchasing procedure,exploring and widening service contents of social organization,and improving core competitiveness of social organization service.
