摘要
针对不断老化的人口年龄结构与现有社会经济体制之间的矛盾,从社会整合与长期发展的角度,阐述了中国人口老龄化现状及成因,并分析了中国人口老龄化的特点及其影响,提出对目前的公共政策体系进行重构,统筹人口系统与其他社会系统之间的关系等有效措施,以期从根本上解决老年人的养老问题,以促进老龄化的中国社会协调统一、可持续发展.
According to the contradiction between aging population structure and existing social economic system,this paper expounds the current situation and causes of population aging in China from aspects of social integration and long-run development,and analyzes the characteristic and influence of population aging in China.Based on that,it puts forward countermeasures including reconstructing the public policy system,and arranging the relationship between population system and other social systems to solve the supporting problem of aged people and promote coordinate and sustainable development of Chinese aging society.
