关于《长江电子航道图制作规范》修订的几点建议

Suggestions for revision about Developing Standard for Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart

将《长江电子航道图制作规范》与国际相关标准进行对比分析,总结现有标准中存在的问题及不足。同时,结合长江航道特点及实际生产经验,提出合理的修订建议,促使其成为独具长江航道特色的国际通用标准,以保证依据此标准制作的长江电子航道图的通用性和准确性,从而使长江电子航道图得到广泛的应用及推广。

Based on the comparative analysis between the Developing Standard for Changjiang Electronic Navigational Chart（CJENC） and international standards, we summarize the problem and shortage of the existing standard. Meanwhile, combining with the characteristics of Changjiang waterway and production experience, we propose reasonable revising suggestions to promote it a universal standard featuring the special characteristics of the Changjiang waterway, so as to ensure the versatility and accuracy of CJENC based on the standard, and ensure that CJENC be used widely.
