铝及铝镁合金的室温电沉积制备 被引量:7

摘要 采用氯化铝-氢化铝锂-四氢呋喃-苯的有机体系电沉积铝,并在此基础上,研究n(氯化铝)∶n(氯化镁)=10∶1时电沉积铝镁合金的工艺条件.结果表明,采用该法在室温下能够成功制备铝及铝镁合金,电沉积铝比沉积铝镁合金条件容易控制,沉积效果也优于铝镁合金.当电流密度为0.010A/cm2,苯与四氢呋喃的体积比为8∶7,氢化铝锂的质量为1.27g时,成功获得了灰黑色粉末状的铝镁镀层,但晶粒较大,镀层与铜基体的结合力差.通过SEM和XRD对镀层进行形貌观察和成分检测可知,该铝镁合金成分为Al3Mg2,且随着电沉积时间的加长,镀层厚度随之增加. Aluminum is deposited in AlCl3-LiAlH4-THF-benzene organic system.And then aluminum chloride and magnesium chloride in the mole ratio of 10∶1 is used to prepare aluminum magnesium alloy.The results show that aluminum and aluminum magnesium alloy can be successfully prepared at room temperature by this method.The electrodeposition of aluminum is easier to control than the deposition of aluminum magnesium alloy.The optimum processing conditions to prepare Al-Mg coatings are as follows:the current density is 0.010A/cm2,the ratio of benzene and tetrahydrofuran is 8∶7,lithium aluminum hydride is 1.27g.the gray and black powder aluminum magnesium coating is obtained successfully under these conditions,but the grain size of the coating is big,the adhesion strength of the coating and copper substrate is not good.The morphology and the composition of the aluminum magnesium coating were studied by SEM and XRD,the aluminum magnesium alloy component was Al3Mg2,and the plating thickness increased with the increasing electrodeposition time.
