摘要
滴北2井是为探明乌伦古坳陷滴北地区侏罗系、三叠系及石炭系含油气及地层情况而部署的一口预探井。针对该井地层特点及技术难点,优选了胺基封堵钻井液体系,该体系抑制性好、封堵性强、流变性好,具有一定的抗盐能力;辅助现场钻井液维护处理工艺,解决了该井上部地层虚厚泥饼导致起下钻阻卡、煤层坍塌及石炭系井漏的难题,满足了该井钻进的需求。该井的钻探成功为本区块其它井的施工提供了技术保障,加快了该区块的勘探开发进程。
Dibei 2 well was an exploratory test well, and the goal of drilling was to explore the condi- tion of oil, gas and formation characteristic in Jurassic, Triassic and Carboniferous System. Amino drilling fluid with formation sealing ability was optimized according to formation feature and technolo- gy difficulty. Experiment showed that the drilling fluid had good inhibition, high formation sealing a- bility, good rheology behavior and anti-salt ability. With the help of onsite maintenance and hand- long technics, the following down-hole troublesome condition was solved, it included blockage dur- ing tripping in upper formation, borehole collapse in coal bed and lost circulation in Carboniferous System. The demand of exploration was meeted. At last, the success of drilling provided technology support to drilling other wells in the oilfield, and the progress of exploration and development was ac- celerated.
