Synthesis and Characteristics of 2-phenyl-4-( thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrole

通过对吡咯环进行化学修饰合成了一种新型的氟硼二吡咯类染料中间体2-苯基-4-噻吩吡咯。以2-苯基氮丙啶和2-乙酰基噻吩为原料,在常温条件下合成了2-苯基-4-噻吩吡咯。收率达82%,产物通过1H-NMR、HRMS进行表征,并推断了其可能的反应机理。

A novel intermediate named 2-phenyl-4-（thiophen-2-yl） -1H-pyrrole for BODIPY dyes was synthesized by chemically modifying the pyrrole ring. From 2-phenylazirine and 2-acetylthiophene, the compound was achieved at room temperature with a yield of 82%. Its validity was proved through J H-NMR and HRMS. And then the possible reaction mechanism was discussed.
