摘要
以加氢装置中应用的单轴承电机驱动的多列活塞式压缩机组的安装为例,对比常规双轴承电机驱动机组的对中方法及存在的弊端,分析阐述了单轴承电机驱动的多列活塞式压缩机组的轴对中工序施工工艺以及多列活塞式压缩机组采用单轴承电机进行驱动的优点。
Taking the application of single bearing motor driven column installation of piston com- pressor in hydrogenation unit as an example, the paper compares it with conventional bearing of motor drive unit. Existing disadvantages are analyzed and the paper points out the construction technology of single bearing motor driven column piston compressor shaft alignment process and multi-column piston compressor driven by single motor bearing.
