摘要
胃蛋白酶是胃液中的主要消化酶，由氨基酸在胃腺的主细胞中合成，消化食物时，胃蛋白酶排出至胃腔内参与消化作用，消化活动停止时，又重新得到合成，以补充消耗，使胃蛋白酶始终能有充分的储备量。
