论农村务工女性劳动权益保护的系统构建

On System Construction of Labor Right Protection for Rural Migrant Female Workers

随着我国城镇化建设的推进,农村进城务工人员越来越多,女性务工人员的比例也在大幅提升,但是女性劳动者的劳动权益的保护现状却不容乐观。以山东省济南市几大服装厂、电子厂女工为研究对象的调查结果表明,女工权益保护状况存在很多问题,要解决这些问题,需要政府、企业、工会和务工女性共同努力。

With the advancement of urbanization in China, the number of rural migrant workers increases greatly, in which the percentage of female workers is enhanced prominently. But the status quo of labor right protection for rural migrant female workers is worrying. This paper took lots of rural migrant female workers in some garment factories and electronics factories as the study subjects and analyzed the questionnaires filled by them and finally pointed out several problems existing in the aspect of their labor right protection. Some opinions and suggestions were put forward for the government, enterprises and labor unions in this paper.
