摘要 TK1119井是塔河地区的一口超深评价井,完钻井深6 201 m.该井地质结构复杂,穿越地层多,井壁稳定难度大.针对不同地层特点采用不同的钻井液,辅助相应的维护处理工艺,保证该井顺利完钻,解决了上部地层频繁阻卡、侏罗系和三叠系水化失稳、石炭系大段岩盐坍塌及盐膏层缩径卡钻及奥陶系井漏的难题,为区块进一步勘探开发提供了技术保障. TK1119 well was a high deep well of evaluation in Tahe Oilfield, and the total depth was 6201m. stabiliting wellbore was very difficult because of complex geology structure and much formation layer during the course of drilling. After different driling fluid was applicated in different formation, and the corresponding maintenance and handling technics was used, the well was finished. The following down-hole troublesome condition was resolved, it included frequently touchdown in upper formation, the borehole instability because of hydration in Jurassic and Triassic, heavy salt caving and tight hole sticking of gypsum in Carboniferous System, lost circulation in Ordovician system. At last, the success of drilling the well provided technology support for exploration and development the oilfield.
