摘要
组织社会化应用于企业新员工网络培训是研究的一个新课题。组织社会化和新员工网络培训有其丰富的内涵;组织社会化策略在新员工网络培训设计中有其广泛的运用,主要体现在交互层、学习层和转化层三个方面;企业新员工网络培训需要注意一些问题,如建立健全企业新员工的网络培训管理制度,交叉使用企业网络培训与传统培训,建设企业新员工网络培训环境,等等。
Organizational socialization theory applied to enterprise new employees training network is a new research topic. Based on the organization of society and new employee training network theory connotation analysis, we put forward to organize social strategy theory in the new employee training network design,and mainly reflected in the including the interaction layer, learning, and conversion layer enterprise network training need to pay attention on the establish a sound enterprise new employees training management system network, cross use the enterprise network training and traditional training, construction the enterprise new employees training network environment.
