英国资格与学分框架(QCF)对职业教育双证融通的启示 被引量:3

摘要 英国是世界上职业资格制度最先进的国家之一,其最新的国家资格框架——资格与学分框架(QCF)极具特色,包含了学分、学分量、级别、学习单元、资格五大要素。基于QCF将认证从资格走向学习单元的设计理念,结合我国双证融通将融通从资格走向课程的改革思路展开论述。最后,通过比较QCF与双证融通的本质,得出我国双证融通改革未来走势的启示:完善职业资格证书制度、规范职业资格认证步骤、依托课程践行双证融通。 The UK is one of the most advanced countries in the world on vocational qualification system,whose latest National Qualifications Framework(QCF) is very unique. QCF consists of credits, credit numbers, grades, units and qualifications. On the basis of the concept to design QCF whose accreditation pays attention to units rather than qualifications, we've found that reformation of Dual-certificate Integration focuses on curriculum increasingly. Comparing the essence of QCF with the essence of Dual-certificate Integration, some enlightenment can be concluded: improving the system of vocational qualification certificate, specifying steps to accredit vocational qualification, implementing Dual-certificate Integration through curriculum.
