摘要
平衡计分卡从客户满意、内部业务流程、财务指标以及学习成长性四个维度进行供应链管理的绩效评价。健雄职业技术学院借鉴供应链管理中的平衡计分卡方法,对人才培养进行绩效评价,积累了一些经验,如在实施中要注意与校园的文化相吻合、要深思熟虑地做好顶层设计、实施既要制定细则也要柔性处理、实施过程中要将绩效推行与奖励机制相融合,等等。
