Causes of and Solutions for the Unfairness in Graduates' Employment

我国高校毕业生就业制度的演变轨迹是一个由计划到市场的过程。就业工作中不可避免地带有计划经济时代的烙印,这与市场经济条件下对人才的需求环境不相适应。为此,笔者分析了就业过程中不公正现象存在的原因并提出了合理化建议。

The evolving locus of employment system of gra- duates from higher school in our country is from planning sys- tem to market system.There inevitablely is some mark of plan- ned economy system in graduates',obtaining employment so that it is not accordant with required environment to talents in market economy system.Accordingly,the author analyses the causes of unfairness in obtaining employment and also gives some reasonable advice.
