摘要
从教学过程的基本环节和课程的组成出发,提出了优化高校课程设置的标准是:体现党和国家有关教育的方针和政策,充分体现培养目标的要求,满足学生的就业需要,反映现代科学技术的新成就,有利于学生形成合理的知识、能力和素质结构,符合教学规律和学生身心发展规律,有利于全面推进素质教育,具有国际可比性,体现民主性,具有可操作性。
Based on the basic elements of teaching process, the following standards for optimum course arrangements are stated in this paper:reflecting the education policy of state and party;indicating the requirements for personnel training ob- jective and the new archievements of modern science and tech- nology;meeting the needs of students' future work;helping students form reasonable knowledge and ability structure; conforming to the rules of teaching and students' development and promoting the quality education.What's more,the stan- dards should be advanced,democratic and applicable.
