摘要
季节性休眠是多年生木本植物在生态和进化上的一种权衡机制,也是植物界多样性生存策略的组成部分,其机理研究已经在多个物种中开展,涉及生理学、细胞学和分子生物学等众多领域。以毛果杨为材料克隆获得3个CRY基因全长,荧光实时定量PCR显示,CRY II、CRY V和CRY 273在休眠诱导、维持和解除的16个不同阶段具有较为相似的表达谱,呈现出先上升再下降的表达曲线,揭示CRY基因家族在植物休眠过程中很可能行使着重要的生物学功能,同时推测家族成员之间可能存在部分功能冗余现象。
Seasonal dormancy, one of the measure mechanism for perennial plants in ecology and evolution, is a component of the multiple survival strategies of vegetable kingdom. Research on the mechanism of seasonal dormancy in perennial woody plant has been carried out in several species, referring to numerous fields including physiology, cytology, molecular biology and so on. We successfully cloned 3 full - length cryptochrome genes from Populus trichocarpa. Expression profiles of them in 16 samples during different satges in and out of endo- dormancy were similar: it appered as a curve line which rises at first and decreases at last. It is suggested that cryptochromegenes family may have important biological fuctions during tree endo - dormancy, with partially function redundancy.
