枕形包装机色标定位方法与实现

Color-location and implementation of the pillow-style packing machine

枕形包装机在运行过程中,由于包装材料的伸缩,机器在运行过程中的振动以及包装材料上印刷的定位色标之间存在误差等因素的影响,将严重影响包装材料的正确封切。通过研究定位色标的运行规律,详尽阐述了色标补偿原理,提出了基于PLC和伺服电机的色标定位方案的设计,并介绍了该方案的硬件工作原理与软件设计思想。实践表明,该方案设计合理,能达到很高的定位精度。

Due to the stretch of packing material,the vibration during machine work and the errors exising on the lo- cation colors which are printed on packing material and other factors,the proper sealing of packing material will be seriously affected. The color compensation principle was elaborated and a color-location program on the basis of PLC and servo-motor was proposed by studying the position swatch operation rules. Moreover,the mechanism hardware and the design thinking of software were also introduced. The filed experiences show the design of the system is rea- sonable,greatly improving the accuracy of color patches.
