我国食用油脂加工业文献计量分析研究

Analysis and research of bibliometric of edible oils processing industry in China

以中国知网的文献为数据统计源,运用文献计量分析与数理统计的方法,利用文献题录信息统计工具SATI、Excel等工具软件对2002—2012年我国食用油脂加工业的研究论文从数量、研究机构、期刊分布、研究主题、被引用频次和基金等几个方面进行统计分析,了解我国食用油脂加工业研究的发展现状。结果表明:2002年以来,我国食用油脂加工业技术研究水平不断提升,被中国学术期刊网络出版总库的核心期刊录用的文献数量呈现整体较快上升的趋势。

The aim is to find out development status of edible oil processing industry research in China,and use CNKI as statistics data source with Bibliometric analysis and mathematical statistics method by using Statistical A- nalysis Toolkit for Informetrics,Excel and other software tools. Those edible oil processing industry research papers in China from 2002 to 2012 were statistically analyzed from their quantity,research institutions,periodical distribu- tion,research topic,cited frequency and fund and other aspects. The results indicate that the research of edible oil processing industry in China is continuously improving,and there are rapidly increasing quantity of paper published in Core Journals of China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database since 2002.
