丁香叶醇提物对猪流感病毒感染BALB/C小鼠血清中细胞因子的影响 被引量:1

Effect of EFFL on cytokines in BALB/c mice infected by swine influenza virus

摘要 以猪流感病毒A/swine/Tianjing/14/2009(H1N1)感染的Balb/c小鼠为模型,采用ELISA方法检测丁香叶醇提物(EFFL)治疗4 d后Balb/c小鼠血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10的变化及肺指数、肺组织病理变化。结果表明:猪流感病毒感染Balb/c小鼠后,感染模型组TNF-α,IL-6及IL-10的含量均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),IFN-γ的含量则有所下降(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,丁香叶醇提物可以明显升高血清中IFN-γ、IL-10水平(P<0.05),降低TNF-α、IL-6水平(P<0.05),并且可以明显减轻肺组织病变,降低肺指数。 The Balb/c mice were inoculated intranasally with swine influenza virus AlswinelTianjing1141 2009(H1N1), TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 in their serum were measured by ELISA method after serum preparation using the blood sampled from the mice which were administrated of ethanol extracts from folium syringae leaves(EFFL) for 4 d; their lungs sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. The results showed that the concentration of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in model group was higher than those of control group (P〈0.05) after the mice were infected by swine influenza virus, and the concentration of IFN-γ was decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with model group, the levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in EFFL group were dramatically higher (P〈0.05), and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were lower (P〈0.05), and pathological effects of influenza pneumonia showed less lung injury.
