乙酸锌对肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在探讨玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加乙酸锌对肉仔鸡生长性能、肉品质及部分血液生化指标的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡220只,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每重复11只鸡。对照组(A)在基础日粮中添加锌40 mg·kg-1(ZnSO4·H2O形式),试验组(B、C、D)分别在基础日粮中添加80、100和150 mg·kg-13个水平的乙酸锌(CH2COOZn·2H2O)。试验期42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,B组肉仔鸡21日龄体重、日增重显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组42日龄肉仔鸡腿肌粗脂肪含量显著升高(P<0.05),胸肌粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量B、D组显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组肉仔鸡胸肌L*值、胸肌和腿肌pH均显著升高(P<0.05),腿肌L*值B、C两组显著升高(P<0.05),胸肌a*值和腿肌b*值D组显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组间胸肌和腿肌pH D组显著高于B、C两组(P<0.05)。21日龄肉仔鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)的含量B组显著高于其他三组(P<0.05),42日龄肉仔鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量A、B组显著高于C、D组(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)含量B组显著高于D组(P<0.05)。结果表明,试验B组添加80 mg·kg-1乙酸锌对肉仔鸡的生长发育和血清中蛋白、脂肪含量有显著影响,同时能显著提高肉仔鸡肌肉粗脂肪含量和胸肌粗蛋白含量,提高肌肉亮度值以及肌肉pH,改善肉品质。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of zinc acetate on growth performance, meal quality and serum biochemical index of broilers. 220 AA broilers were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 5 replicates each group and 11 broilers each replicate. The control group of broilers were fed with basal diet supplemented with 40 mg Zn/kg as zinc sulfate, the treatment groups of broilers were fed with basal diets supplemented with zinc acetate at 80, 100 and 150 mg· kg^-1, respectively. The experiment lasted 42 d. The results were showed as follows: compared with other groups, the live weight and the average daily gain of 21 d old of the broilers in group B was significantly higher(P〈0.05), the FIG of 21 d old of the broilers in group B was significantly lower(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, fat content of thigh in treatment groups, protein content and fat content of breast muscle in group B, D were found to increase significanUy(P〈0.05); the L^* value of breast muscle, pH of breast and thigh muscle in treatment groups and the L^* value of thigh muscle in group B, C were found to increase significanUy(P〈0.05), while the a^* value of breast muscle and the b* value of thigh muscle in group D increased significantly(P〈0.05) ; compared with the other two groups, pH of breast and thigh muscle in group D was significantly higher(P〈 0.05). Compared with other groups, TP of 21 d old broilers in group B was found to increase significantly(P〈 0.05), TP and LDL of 42 d old broilers in group A and B were significantly higher than in group C and D(P〈 0.05), while ALB of 42 d old broilers in group B was significantly higher than in group D(P〈0.05). In conclusion the supplemented of broilers with 80 mgo kg1 zinc acetate level in diet had a significant impact on the growth, the protein content and fat content of serum, while significantly increased the fat content of muscle and the protein content of breast muscle, and improved the L^* value and pH of muscle to improve the meal quality.
