多拉菌素浇泼剂临床前毒理学研究

Study on doramectin pour-on preparation pre-clinical toxicology

观察多拉菌素浇泼剂对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率及小鼠精子畸形率的影响,结果显示,用于小鼠最高剂量30 mg·kg-1BW时,无致畸性,无遗传毒性作用。结果表明多拉菌素浇泼剂是一种新型治疗动物寄生虫病较为安全的局部外用药物,适合在兽医临床上推广应用。

To study doramectin pour-on preparation on mouse bone marrow micronucleus rate and mouse sperm deformity rate. The experimental results showed that for the highest dose in mice 30 mg· kg^-1 BW, no teratogenicity, and no genetic toxic effects. Doramectin pour-on preparation was a relatively safe local foreign agents for clinical application.
