后发优势的地区差异分析:基于西部6省的面板数据

Regional Differences Analysis of Advantage of Late-development:Based on the Panal Data of Six Provinces in Western China

基于重庆、四川、广西、贵州、云南、西藏等西部6省的面板数据,从资本、技术、人力、制度、结构等5个维度对上述地区的后发优势进行了考察和分析,认为西部地区在利用后发优势的过程中,要充分考虑后发优势的各个维度差异,采取相应的政策和措施,从而实现地区经济的高速发展。

This paper evaluates the advantage of Late-development using the panal data of six provinces in the western China （Chongqing, Sichuan,Guangxi,Guizhou,Yunnan,Tibet） from five dimensions：capital,technology, human resources,institution and industrial structure. The article holds the view that western provinces in the use of advantage of Late-development, should fully consider the various dimensions of difference and take the corresponding policies and measures for realization of the rapid development of regional economy.
