摘要
热媒介质压力是水套式原油加热炉设计的重要选择参数,对加热炉的安全性、经济性有较大影响。通过对常压(0.1MPa)和带压(0.4MPa)情况下2000kW水套式原油加热炉的设计计算,对比常压水套炉和0.4MPa水套炉的结构尺寸及性能参数,发现相对于常压水套式原油加热炉来说,0.4MPa水套式原油加热炉结构更加紧凑,钢材消耗少;烟风阻力和原油流动阻力小,辅助设备耗能少;排烟温度升高,热效率稍微降低。
Thermal media pressure is an important parameter in water jacket crude oil heater design,which has a great influence on the safety and economy of oil heater. The design calculation of water jacket crude oil heater is done at two different thermal media pressure,atmospheric pressure( 0. 1MPa) and under pressure( 0. 4MPa). The structure size and performance parameters of 0. 4MPa water jacket heater is compared to the atmospheric pressure water jacket heater,it is found that 0. 4MPa water jacket heater has a more compact structure and less steel consumption. In addition,its smoke wind resistance and crude oil flow resistance are smaller and auxiliary equipment has less energy consumption,but its exhaust gas temperature rise and thermal efficiency is slightly lower.
