水轮机在循环冷却水系统的节能改造应用

摘要 在循环冷却水装置运行过程中,传统模式一般采用减速器加传动轴的电机驱动风机对循环水回水进行冷却,随着新技术的不断开发,水轮机技术应用到循环水系统中,可充分利用循环水系统富余回水位差势能,采用混流式可调速水轮机代替传统的电动机带动风机转动,取代了电机等设备,不需电量消耗,适用水头范围广、结构简单、运行可靠,在保证冷却效果、确保平稳生产的同时,达到了良好的节能效果。 In the process of circulating cooling water plant operation,the traditional model in general use of reducer shaft of motor driven fan for cooling circulating water return. With the continuous development of new technology,the hydroturbine technology into the circulating water system,which makes full use of surplus circulating water system back to the water level difference potential energy,and adopts the mixed flow adjustable speed turbine instead of the traditional motor drives the fan rotation,no electrical equipment,no power consumption,wide applicable range of water head,simple structure,reliable operation,in ensuring the cooling effect,to ensure smooth production,achieve the energy-saving good purpose.
