摘要
本文在分析了历史条件下教师角色定位出现分化,现实条件下,教师角色定位的种种表现的基础上,提出了基于有效教育活动条件下教师应有的角色定位的含义及实现的可能路径。
This paper analyses the diversity of the orientation of teachers' roles under the historical condition.It proposes the meaning and the possible ways of teachers' roles based on effective education activities according to the various features of teachers' roles under realistic condition.
