Construction of Party Branch Committed to Learning in Colleges and Universities

建设学习型党支部是马克思主义学习型政党建设的基础工程,这是由党支部在我党组织系统中的地位所决定的。在当今世界经济、社会、文化的发展越来越趋向多元互动的时代背景下,学习型党支部建设是时代赋予高校党建工作的必然诉求,也是做好高校党建工作的重要基础。笔者基于"高校学习型党支部建设的主体、学习方法与风气和保障机制"三个维度对相关问题进行深入探讨,力求拓展新形势下高校学习型党支部建设的新路径。

Constructing Party branch committed to learning is the fundamental part of Marxist Party construction project. It is decided by the position of Party branch in CPC. Against the background of plu- ral economies, social evolution and cultural development, construction of Party branch committed to learn- ing has been a requirement by the time. It is also of basic significance for college Party construction. This paper is a three-dimensional study on ＂the principal part, learning methodology and atmosphere, and guar- ding mechanism of Party branch construction in colleges＇in the sake of discovering a new path of Party branch construction committed to [earning in colleges and universities under the new circumstances.
