摘要
笔者简述了马斯洛需求层次理论的内涵,阐明要正确理解和运用需求层次理论。在此基础上,分析了高校学报编辑人员这个群体的需求内容以及如何根据他们的需求进行有效管理,进而提出对高校学报编辑人员应该采取行之有效的管理措施,以便调动他们工作的主动性和积极性。
This essay briefs the connotation of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and asserts that the theory should be correctly understood and applied. Based on this, needs of university journal editing staff are dis- cussed and then how to effectively manage accordingly is analyzed. Finally practical managing methodology is suggested to promote university journal editing staff members" initiation and enthusiasm.
