颅脑CE-MRA成像技术的临床应用

摘要 目的通过对颅脑CE-MRA成像技术的分析,探讨提高成像质量的方法。方法回顾性分析132例采用CE-MRA成像技术的颅脑MRA图像质量,将图像质量按Huston分级法分为3个等级。分析图像质量与扫描技术的关系。结果 132例CE-MRA图像中,Ⅰ级(优)69例,Ⅱ级(良)51例,Ⅲ级(差)12例。图像优良率为90.90%。结论 CE-MRA扫描中,序列各参数的设置,对比剂的注射方法,以及启动扫描时机的选择是获取高质量图像的关键。
