摘要
目的通过对本区首次由气单胞菌引起食物中毒的调查分析,确定中毒原因。方法采用流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查和实验室检测相结合的方法,并对相关资料进行汇总、分析。结果采集剩余食品、患者及厨师肛拭、厨房环境样品共13份,从中毒餐次1份剩余食品混合样和2份患者肛拭中检出气单胞菌。结论根据流行病学调查、卫生学调查以及实验室检测结果,判定这是一起由气单胞菌污染所致的细菌性食物中毒。
Objective To determine the cause of poisoning by Aeromonas analysis of food poisoning caused by the District for thefirst time. Methods Epidemiological surveys, on-site health investigation and laboratory testing method of combining, and related data summary and analysis. Results Collecting surplus food, patients and rectal swab cooks, kitchen of 13 environmental samples were from the poisoning surplus food meal times 1 and 2 mixed samples were detected in patients with rectal swab Aeromonas.Conclusion According to epidemiological surveys, hygiene surveys, as well as the results of laboratory tests to determine together by Aeromonas pollution caused by bacterial food poisoning.
