建立高效护理流程提高手术护理质量

The Establishment of Efficient Process and Improve Theoperation Quality of Nursing Care

目的观察分析在手术护理中建立高效护理流程的临床效果及对手术护理质量的影响。方法随机选取我院2012年1月～12月建立高效护理流程后的手术患者243例作为实验组,另选取我院2011年未开展高效护理流程时手术患者257例作为对照组,对比观察两组患者临床效果。结果实验组患者麻醉前心率、血压显著低于对照组,患者护理满意度及护理质量评估明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在手术护理中建立高效护理流程,能够稳定患者术前生命体征,有效提高手术护理质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the establishment of efficient analysis of nursing process in nursing in operation and its effects on the operation of nursing quality.Methods Randomly selected 243 patients from 2012 the establishment of efficient nursing after the operation in as the experimental group, 257 cases in our hospital in 2011 as the control group, the two groups were observed in patients with clinical results. Results The experimental group patients before anesthesia,blood pressure and heart rate was significantly lower than the control group, Patients＇ satisfaction and nursing quality evaluation was significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The establishment of efficient operation in the nursing process in nursing, can effectively improve the operation quality of nursing.
