生物调序益智疗法治疗1665例孤独症儿童的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Biological Sequence Therapy on 1665 Children with Autism

目的应用生物调序益智疗法治疗孤独症儿童疗效观察。方法随机将我院2010年1月至2012年12月底收治的1665例孤独症分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组实施生物蛋白埋植、中药及康复训练治疗;对照组实施中药及康复训练治疗。结果治疗组有效率达70.39%,显效率49.84%,无效率29.61%。对照组有效率31.7%,显效率15.85%,无效率68.3%,经χ2检验,P<0.05,治疗组有效率优于对照组。结论运用生物调序益智疗法治疗孤独症儿童,经济、时间短、疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of biological sequence therapy on treatment of children with autism. Methods 1665 children with autism treated in our hospital between January 2010 and December 2012 are randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group, implantation of biological proteins, traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation treatment are conducted; while in the control group, only implement traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation therapy. Results Effective rate, significant efficiency rate and invalid rate of the treatment group are 70.39%, 49.84% and 29.61%, while those in ~e control group are 31.7%, 15.85% and 68.3%, respectively. Through the chi-square test, effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With biological sequence therapy to treat children with autism, is economic and quick with distinct clinical curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
