经皮肾镜与经尿道输尿管镜碎石治疗输尿管上段复杂结石的比较

摘要 目的比较经皮肾镜取石(MPCNL)与经尿道输尿管镜碎石(URL)治疗复杂上段结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年10月至2013年10月输尿管上段复杂结石89例,40例采用MPCNL,49例采用URL。结果术后3d结石清除率:MPCNL组92%(37/40),URL组61%(31/49)。术后1个月结石清除率:MPCNL组100%(40/40),URL组术后辅助体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)后94%(46/49)。结论 MPCNL治疗输尿管上段复杂结石具在很高的结石清除率。URL治疗稍差,联合ESWL可以提高疗效。
