胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者胰岛功能的影响研究

Study the Effect of Insulin Function of Insulin Pump in Treatment with Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗(CSⅡ)对确诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛功能的影响。方法将T2DM患者60例随机分为A组和B组,A组经CSII治疗。B组采用胰岛素诺和锐30皮下注射治疗。对比治疗2周前后患者空腹血糖(FPG),餐后2h血糖(2hPG),胰岛素抵抗指数(HomaIR),胰岛素分泌指数(Homaβ)的变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者血糖均较治疗前显著下降,但两组间比较无统计学意义(P<0.05);与B组比较,A组HomaIR明显降低(P<0.05),Homaβ显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 CSII治疗能显著恢复T2DM患者胰岛素β细胞的功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗。

Objective To investigate the effect of insulin function of insulin pump in treatment with type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 60 T2DM patients were divided into A and B groups randomly. A group were treated with CS II and B group were treated with for 2 weeks.The changes of FPG, 2hPG,HomaIR, Homa]3 were observed. Results Blood glucose in two groups were significantly decreased than before treatment,and there were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. HomaIR in A groups were significantly lower than those in B groups （P〈0.05）.Homa 13 in A groups were significantly increased than those in B groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin pump therapy can significantly restore beta cells in insulin in patients with type 2 diabetes.
