针刺伤不良事件分析对预防护士针刺伤的作用

目的探讨全院护士针刺伤不良事件分析对预防临床护士针刺伤的干预。方法 2012年每季度由医院护理质量管理委员会的成员汇总全院护士针刺伤不良事件,统计、分析、比较每季度发生的人群分布特点、发生的根本原因、发生的时间段,然后提出针对性的预防措施。结果全院护士针刺伤不良事件分析后,2012年护士针刺伤发生率明显下降,与2011年比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论进行全院针刺伤不良事件分析能有效减少临床护士针刺伤的发生。

Objective ETcplore the intervention of hospital nurses needlestick injury adverse event analysis to the needle stick injuries prevention of clinical nurse. Methods In 2012,Hospital care quality management committee summarized adverse events of hospital nurse needlestick injuries, and counted,analyzed, compared quarterly its feature of distribution in population, the root cause and the time, and then proposed targeted prevention measures. Results After the hospital nurses needlestick injury adverse event analysis,2012 nurses needlestick injury incidence was significantly decreased, compared with 2011, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hospital needlestick injuries adverse event analysis can reduce effectively the incidence of clinical nurse needlestick injuries.
