沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎的效果观察及护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗支气管肺炎效果观察及护理。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月期间我院收治的110例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成两组,治疗组采用沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用A-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入治疗,比较两种方法的治疗效果。且对患者进行精心的护理和健康指导。结果经过治疗,治疗组显效33例,总有效率为90.91%;对照组显效22例,总有效率为69.09%,两组经统计学处理存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。且通过对患者实施系统科学的护理,可以取得良好的效果。结论沐舒坦雾化吸入治疗疗效显著,合理的护理对策具有重要意义,能够促进患者早日康复,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
