摘要
目的为了提高维持性血液透析患者生存质量及长期存活率,保证透析充分性。方法观察监测4年来维持性血液透析患者102例。结果发现维持性血液透析患者并发症与微炎症状态密切相关。结论密切观察患者微炎症状态并积极预防及治疗,可减少或减轻并发症的发生。
Objective To improve the Quality and the long term survival rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients, ensuring the adequacy. Methods To study 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients in 4 years. Results There were close correlation between complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients and microinflammation. Conclusion Observing microinflammation of patients and taking the initiative to prevent. This is helpful to effectively decrease the rate of complications of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
