摘要
目的了解我院门、急诊抗生素应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2011年1～8月门急诊抗感染药物处方1300张。结果不合理处方182张,占总处方数的14.00%。结论我院门急诊处方使用抗生素基本合理,但仍存在一些不足。
Objective To know the use of antibiotics in clinic and emergency treatment, and improve the reasonable use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods The random sample statistics on 1300 prescriptions from Jun to Aug in 2011 in our clinic and emergency treatment was made. Results 185 unreasonable prescriptions were found, about 14% of all prescriptions. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in clinic and emergency treatment was reasonable on the whole. However, some improvement is needed.
