妇癌盆腔淋巴结清除术中“T”管引流对术后盆腔淋巴囊肿形成的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨妇癌盆腔淋巴结清除术中停留"T"管引流对术后盆腔淋巴囊肿形成的影响。方法以盆腔淋巴结清除术中停留"T"管引流者为研究组(78例),盆腔淋巴结清除术中不停留引流管者为对照组(42例),对比两组术后恢复和并发症发生率的差异,尤其淋巴囊肿的形成、发热天数的发生。结果 A组盆腔淋巴囊肿的发生率为5.12%(4/78),B组盆腔淋巴囊肿的发生19.00%(8/42);A组术后平均发热时间4.1 d,B组术后平均发热时间5.9 d,引流组明显低于无引流组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论术中停留"T"管引流能显著减少术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的形成。
