摘要
四川南部在中国白酒生产中占有非常重要的地位。自然环境条件是这一地区能够生产优质白酒的基础,本文研究了四川重要白酒产地与全国其它地区产酒地的气候特征。结果显示,四川南部全年的大气温度较高,湿度大,风速小,特别是在白酒主要生产季节,其气温比其它偏北或者纬度偏低的地区高,而在白酒度夏季节,川南地区与其它地区的气温差异较小。温暖、降雨量适中、湿润、日照少、风小是川南地区独特的气候特征,在全国是独一无二的,是生产浓香型白酒不可复制的自然条件。
The southern Sichuan is one of the most important bases of liquor production in China and the unique biophysical condition of this region is the basis on which high quality liquor in China can be produced. To better understand the unique climate characteristics of this region, meteorological data were collected and studied from main liquor production localities in Sichuan and other regions of China. Results indicate that relatively high temperature, high air humidity, low wind frequency, and wind speed make the southern Sichuan unique. During the main liquor production period from late September to May, the temperature is higher in southern Sichuan than other liquor production areas with either higher or lower latitudes, while it is almost similar during the summer period for both southern Sichuan and other liquor production areas. A combination of warm, moderate rainfall, humid, tow sunshine period and low wind is unique in China, which provides the irreplaceable background for liquor production in China.
