Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2013

统计了2013年9—10月国内发生的各种生产安全事故163起,其中包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄漏与中毒和其他事故。统计表明,在163起事故中,交通事故占55.83%,矿业事故占11.04%,火灾占4.29%,爆炸事故占4.91%,毒物泄漏与中毒占4.91%,其他事故占19.02%。163起事故共死亡634人,伤418人。死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故60.41%,矿业事故9.62%,火灾4.42%,爆炸事故5.84%,毒物泄漏与中毒4.57%,其他事故15.14%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故67.94%,爆炸事故19.38%,矿业事故0.24%,毒物泄漏与中毒0.24%,火灾0.72%,其他事故11.48%。2013年9—10月生产安全事故发生较多的5个省、自治区分别为新疆(13起)、云南(11起)、安徽(11起)、浙江(10起)、广东(10起);死亡人数较多的5个省、自治区分别为新疆(70人)、云南(52人)、安徽(43人)、四川(42人)、浙江(38人);受伤人数较多的5个省、自治区分别为四川(60人)、新疆(50人)、广东(46人)、安徽(42人)、山东(38人)。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from September to October in 2013. There are 163 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traf fic, explosion, fire, leakage and poisoning, and the others. Of all the 163 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illus trated according to their frequency order 11.04%, 55.83%, 4.91% , 4.29% , 4.91% , and 19.02% respectively. The total ea suahy is 634 and the percentages for the six categories are 9.62 % , 60.41%, 5.84%, 4.42%, 4.57%, and 15.14% respectively. The number of the wounded is 418 and the percentages for the six categories are 0.24%, 67.94%, 19.38%, 0.72%, 0.240/0, and 11.48 % respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and autonomous region with the highest accident num ber are： Xinjiang （13 accidents）, ~unnan （11）, Anhui （11）, Zhe jiang （10）, and Guangdong （10）. The top five provinces and au tonomous region with the largest casualty number are： Xinjiang （70 dead）, Yunnan （52）, Anhui （43）, Sichuan （42）, and Zhejiang （38）. And the top five provinces and autonomous region with the biggest wounded number are： Siehuan （60 wounded ）, Xinjiang （50）, Guangdong （46）, Anhui （42） and Shandong （38）.
