摘要 目的研究雌二醇对大鼠心律失常的保护作用。方法将Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分入手术予雌二醇组、手术未予雌二醇组、未手术予雌二醇组和未手术未予雌二醇组,每组30只。用乌头碱分别诱导各组大鼠出现心律失常后,记录诱导心律失常所需时间和测定腹主动脉血雌二醇水平。结果 4组间诱导心律失常所需时间、雌二醇水平的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。未手术予雌二醇组的诱导心律失常所需时间最长,雌二醇水平最高;手术未予雌二醇组诱导心律失常所需时间最短,雌二醇水平最低。血雌二醇水平与产生心律失常的时间呈正相关(r=0.994,P<0.05)。结论雌激素对大鼠心律失常具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of estradiol on the arrhythmias in rats. Methods A total of 120 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups; group A (rats with ovariectomy and estradiol injection), group B (rats with ovariectomy but with no estradiol injection), group C (rats with estradiol injection but with no ovariectomy) and group D (rats without ovariectomy and estradiol injection). Estradiol level in abdominal aorta blood was tested after arrhythmias were induced by aconitine. Results There were significant differences in the time of inducing arrhythmias and estradiol level between four groups (all P~ 0,05). It was easier to induce arrhythmias and the estradiol level was higher in group C than other groups. The shortest time to induce arrhythmias was found in group B. Estradiol level in artery blood was positively related to the time of inducing arrhythmias ( r = 0. 994, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Estradiol has protective effect on arrhythmias in rats.
