新生代农民工就业稳定性影响因素分析

The Analysis on the Employment Stability and Its Influencing Factors of the New Generation Migrant Workers

目前新生代农民工已成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分,其就业稳定性问题也日益突出。新生代农民工离职率高、就业不稳定,势必对新生代农民工自身、用工企业及社会经济稳定发展都带来较大的不良影响,并阻碍我国城市化、现代化进程。提高新生代农民工就业的稳定性,需要政府、企业、农民工自身三方面共同努力。本文阐述了新生代农民工就业稳定性现状,分析了新生代农民工就业稳定性影响因素,并提出相应的对策建议。

The new generation migrant workers have become the main part of Industrial workers in China,whose employment stability deserves special attention.They show characteristics of the high rate of the Departure and job unstability,which take adverse effects to themselves,employment enterprise and the development of the social stability,even hinder the process of China＇s urbanization and modernization.It needs the common efforts for the government,enterprise and rural migrant workers to improve the employment stability.Based on elaborating the status of employment stability,analysising the influencing factors of the new generation migrant workers,this paper finally give out the Suggestions.
