试论马来西亚华人政党的“不入阁”

On “Do not Enter the Cabinet”of Chinese Parties in Malaysia

在2013年马来西亚举行的第13届全国大选中,马华公会和民政党等华人执政党,因遭华人选民的背弃而全面溃败。大选后两党决定不再担任内阁职务。"不入阁"不仅削弱了华人政党的执政地位,对马来西亚华人社会以及马来西亚传统的族群政党执政联盟制度将产生重大的影响。

Betrayed by the Chinese voters, Malaysian Chinese ruling parties such as Malaysian Chinese Association （MCA） and the Gerakan suffered a bitter defeat in the 13^th national elections of Malaysia in 2013. After the election, two parties decided not to hold the offices of the Cabinet. ＂Do not enter the Cabinet＂ not only weakened the ruling position of the Chinese parties, but also will produce major effects both in the Chinese society and the tradi- tional ruling alliance institution of the ethnic parties.
