摘要
对拉伸机展平机构的工作原理及结构进行分析。在此基础上设计出一款基于小滚架支撑的单滚展平机构,经过有限元分析,证明该展平机构所用大小辊子所受应力及产生的变形均能满足实际使用的要求。
The article gives analysis for operation principle and structure of flattener in stretcher. A new single roller type small roller frame-based flatlener is designed basing on this analysis, h is approved that stresses borne by both large and small rollers in flattener and their deformations meet requirements of actual applilcation by finite element analysis.
