摘要
结合鞍钢5.5 m宽厚板轧机支承辊的制造过程,介绍该支承辊生产过程中所采用的炼钢、锻造、热处理等先进工艺。检测结果表明,该产品各项性能均满足宽厚板支承辊的技术要求,达到国外同类产品水平。
The article gives details of advanced processes in steel making, forging, heat treatment in course of back-up roll manufacturing for Anshan steel 5.5 m heavy plate mill. The test results indicates all performance of back-up roll product are as per technical requirements for this kind of back-up roll, and reaches the same level of similar foreign products.
