摘要
通过对以可编程控制器为核心的电控系统产生干扰的主要干扰源以及传播途径进行分析,从硬件和软件两个方面探讨提高PLC电控系统抗干扰能力的方法和措施。经过工程实际应用,证明这些方法和措施对提高上述电控系统的抗干扰能力效果非常明显。
The paper discusses improvement methods and measures of anti-interference by analyzing main interference sources and transmitting routes of interferences in PI,C-based electric control system from aspects of both hardware design and software design. Through actual application, it is proved the stated methods and measures have significant effects on improvement of anti-interference.
