给青年教师专业成长构建良好环境——摭谈溧阳青年教师E团队的研修策略 被引量:2

摘要 教育信息化为教师建构知识、形成网络学习共同体、促进教师专业发展提供了很好的网络环境,同时也促进了教研方式的转变。文章针对溧阳区域内地理教师专业发展的现状,通过构建青年教师专业发展的有效载体——青年教师E团队,在区域青年教师研修内容和研修方式等方面进行了探索,形成了区域教师的研修策略,创新了E时代背景下区域内谋求资源共享、优势互补、共同发展的教师研修模式,有效地促进了区域内教师整体的专业发展。 Educational informationalization provides teachers' knowledge acquisition, formation of net learning community, and promotion of their development with effective networks, resulting in changes in teaching and studying as well. This paper, based on the present situation of geography teacher development in Liyang District, explores the effective vehicle of youth teachers' development, that is, E -Group construction, research contents and approaches. As a result, regional teachers' training strategies have been established, and models for teachers' training in the E-time have also been e.reated such as resources sharing, advantages compensating, and joint development, effectively facilitating all the teachers' development in the district.
