教师专业发展是一个过程,需要教师的自主实践反思,需要管理者的支持引领。"教师专业个性化发展能级指标"旨在为教师的专业成长搭一个阶梯,让教师在"阳光成长"的环境中得到更快、更好的发展。
Teacher professional development is a process, in which teachers need to reflect on their practice, and leaders need to support and guide the process. "Performance index of teacher professional development" is aimed to build a ladder for teachers, letting them develop in a better and more happy way in the environment of "sunlight growth".
